Try It Before You License It
At ArchVision, we are committed to your satisfaction with RPC Technology. That is why we make fully functional demonstration versions of our software and content types available for you to test-drive free of charge. By using our products and getting a sense of their usefulness and limitations before you license them, we believe that you are in the best position to make the right choice.
Returns
Because ArchVision makes it possible for you to test-drive our products, and because of the security protocols used by RPC,
once the physical packaging seal has been broken or the product has been downloaded no product may be returned. However, prior to opening the package any product may be returned for a full refund or
exchange with other RPC products less shipping and handling charges. Before attempting to return any RPC product,
a return authorization must be obtained within 30 days of receiving your order by calling ArchVision customer service at (859) 252-3118, extension 118 or
sending an email to info@archvision.com.
If you find that you are having trouble with the product, or it is not performing to your expectations, please contact ArchVision's
technical support line at (859) 252-3118 extension 103 or use the web-based support at http://www.archvision.com/support/. We will do everything we can to help you
maximize the value of the RPC technology.
ArchVision's return policy does not affect the warranties, if any, granted to you under the ArchVision Software License.
